CONTOH MENU DIET DENGAN SD II



Sarapan 
1. Telur - rebus, scrambled, mata kerbau, separuh masak, omelet (+ sosej, bawang, capsicum & tomato)
2. Sosej - rebus, grill, slice kecil & goreng
3. daging burger - daging/ayam
4. Ayam kukus berempah
5. Fish finger/fillet - cari yg chunky kurang tepung


Makan Tengahari/ Makan Malam
1. Ayam, daging, ikan, makanan laut, tauhu, tempe, sayur hijau
2. Chicken chop/lamb chop/ steak (kurangkan kuah, jgn ambil sos & kentang)
3. Yong taufu (tanpa kuey teow) dengan kuah sup (bukan dengan kuah coklat yg manis)
4. Sup atau Tomyam ayam/daging/tulang/makanan laut dengan sayur
5. Sate ayam/lembu/daging/perut (kurangkan kuah & jgn makan nasi impit)
6. Tauhu bakar & sotong kangkung
7. Ikan bakar/kukus (nak makan brapa ekor pun boleh)


Snek
1. Tempe/ikan bilis goreng dgn sedikit bawang & cili potong (jgn ambil terlalu byk kerana tempe masih ada sedikit kabo)
2. Nugget ayam, drummet, fish fingers (lihat nutrisi pemakanan - jumlah pengambilan kabo dalam sehari tidak melebihi 35g)


Nota:
1. Makanan yg diproses seperti sosej, daging burger, fish fingers, nugget ayam, drummet, dsb masih mempunyai kabo kira-kira 4g sekeping, dan berbeza-beza mengikut jenama.
2. Makanan dari bahan soya (tauhu, tempe, air soya tanpa gula, taufufa tanpa gula dsb masih ada 30g kabo bg setiap 100g makanan.
3. Jangan ambil lebih dari 35g kabo sehari untuk badan masih membakar lemak.
4. Perhatikan kabo tersembunyi di dalam kuah black pepper, mushroom sos, sos cili/tomato, kuah/gravy untuk steak/lamb&chicken chop.
5. Buah-buahan juga ada kabo yg tinggi. Elakkan dulu semasa berdiet.
